What is Haru?
Haru translated to English means “spring”
Spring is considered as the first of the four seasons by the Japanese and the most important of the year, symbolized by the magnificent bloom of the Cherry Blossom.
With its deep rooted traditions centered on crops and harvests, the beauty and splendour of the blossoming trees adopted a feeling of festivity, with families and friends gathering to celebrate life itself, with parties and grand feasts held beneath the boughs.
This, combined with the age old tradition of Robatayaki cooking brings you an interactive, yet informal dining experience, where families and friends can come together and enjoy the practice of authentic Japanese food, whilst watching the chefs showcase the philosophy of Japanese cooking in a modern and friendly environment.
